We support the innovations and technology transfer at HKU by providing services in compliance and legal advisory for research-related agreements. For collaborative initiatives with industry, HKU Versitech shall support in the negotiation and finalisation of the terms of agreements.

We support the protection and commercialisation of HKU-developed technologies by evaluating their commercial viability, managing patent and trademark applications, and advising on research agreements to secure the University's intellectual assets.

We actively build an ecosystem of innovation. This involves developing crucial links between the University and commercialisation partners, and organising educational events to foster a vibrant innovative and entrepreneurial culture among our staff and students at HKU.
