Versitech undertakes the commercialisation of HKU innovations through flexible pathways, including licensing, the creation of start-ups, or strategic collaborations. We also negotiate, execute, and manage all commercial business contracts and agreements on behalf of the University.

Our deep ties with industry serve as a springboard for new research projects, educational opportunities, and collaborative investments. We engage in contract research and consulting in conjunction with HKU researchers, directly serving the needs of businesses and the wider community.
